Move Smart Alignment, her own practice, is finally here!

Julianne has been passionate about movement from the very beginning. Graduating from New York University Tisch School of the Arts with a B.F.A. in Drama and an Excellence in Studio Award,  Julianne studied at the Atlantic Acting School. After graduating, she worked professionally as both an actor and dancer, and has worked extensively with children in many different programs, including the S.O.D.E. School of Performing Arts and Providence High Arts, along with Discovery OnStage. Aside from teaching, she has worked as an Assistant Director for two plays with Los Angeles' Center Theatre Group.

Julianne began studying Eginton Alignment, with its founder Meg Eginton, in the summer of 2007 while completing her studies. After graduating NYU, Julianne dove headfirst into the world of alignment and good body use, beginning the journey of teacher certification. After 600 hours of observation and hands on teacher training,  Julianne became certified in Eginton Alignment in 2010. She has taught Eginton Alignment in Atlantic Acting School's Advanced Acting Program in Vermont, NY Summer Conservatory, and later the LA Conservatory. While maintaining  a loyal base of clients and students, Julianne has created Move Smart Alignment to broaden her reach and spread the word on making the most of your personal movement practice!
