Policy

Appointments are a valuable resource. Cancellation must occur through email or phone notification at least 24 hours in advance. This cancellation includes no-shows for classes requiring advance reservation. If an appointment or class is missed without 24 hour cancellation, the full amount of the scheduled appointment or class will be billed either by mail or at the next appointment.
